On August 21, 2017, a solar eclipse will be visible across North America. A solar eclipse occurs when the moon blocks any part of the sun. Even though the moon will be blocking parts of the sun, it still isn't safe to look directly at the sun. Below are some tips to keeping your eyes safe during the eclipse:
